Black In Rural Oregon & Washington County Network

The goals of the Black In Rural Oregon and Washington County Network are to provide outreach to engage existing and emerging Black leaders in rural Oregon communities. LaNicia Duke, the executive director, will introduce us to the organization at our August 3 meeting.
